In the last few months the Bank Victims team have been campaigning Politicians, the ASIC, and the public to make everybody aware of the new evidence which we have investigated regarding the Banking Code of Practice and a hidden Constitution called the CCMC Constitution that took all the rights away from borrowers, and that no borrower was able to access this Constitution for the 10 year period from 2004 until 2014.
We have now published paper number 10 in the series. Papers 1 to 9 have had no response from the ASIC. It is an indictment on the system that this regulator, paid by the Australian tax payer will not address the issues that we have presented. These papers are on our website www.bankinginaustraliatoday.com
We have received this correspondence for the JMA Parties which raises further allegations that all the parties working with the banks appear to be acting unlawfully.

Dear Mr Cousins,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the JMA Parties’ submission that was filed with the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services in August 2015.
A copy of this submission was sent to the NSW government, shortly after it was published by the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services.
I have included extracts of the submission, which will have been known to the Federal government’s parliamentary inquiry and the NSW government
The JMA Parties would appreciate any feedbacks from Bank Victims or the people who make comments on your website.
Should you require further information, please contact the writer.

Attached is the JMA Story 2004 - 2006
"A Parliamentary Committee having coffee with the banks once a year is an insult to Australian Banking Victims. Only a Royal Commission Now will produce the evidence of past and present dishonest practices. We look forward to a commitment by the Government to instigate this in the coming weeks".
We have received a letter from Chris and Claire Priestley, which is an Open letter on Banking Practices.
This letter highlights our investigations of the Code, which has allowed the banks to profit from a false and dishonest banking code introduced in 2004.
This is why we need a Royal Commission.
Bank Victims will continue campaigning politicians and bring awareness to the public of the need to have a Royal Commission based on the deception of the banks and the Code of Banking Practices.
